Karma's a Beyotch!

Stanley Roberts, a reporter at KRON 4 in San Francisco, produces a segment called “People Behaving Badly.” He catches people doing things they ought not do, and reports on them.

While filming at the entrance to the Golden Gate Bridge recently, he caught a motorcyclist going the wrong way on an on-ramp.

The cyclist didn’t like that, so he parked his bike and confronted the reporter, chastising him for filming the cyclist without “authorization.” Things got a little heated, but the cyclist walked away.

But not soon enough.

Everything he did – both going the wrong way and getting in the reporter’s face – was caught on another camera. That camera was operated by the Golden Gate Bridge Patrol, who in turn called the California Highway Patrol.

And that’s when things went bad for the cyclist. He was cited for going the wrong way, driving without insurance, and driving on a suspended license. His motorcycle was impounded for 30 days and he ended up having to walk wherever he was going.

At the signpost up ahead: Karma's Gonna Get Ya, Dude.
