Dan Marino, the Hall of Fame quarterback and football analyst, was one of 15 players who filed a federal lawsuit in Philadelphia last week, alleging that the NFL misled players about the long-term effects of concussions.
Yesterday, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel announced that Marino is in talks to withdraw from the lawsut.
So first he joins in the lawsuit. Now he wants out of the lawsuit.
Sounds like a symptom of - oh, I don’t know - a head inury?
