Realize Your Social Status
We've all had that moment... when we suddenly realize our social status on the rungs of society.
When Slacker was a kid he didn’t have many toys; 5 hot wheels, and one Shazam action figure. When he was old enough to go to his next door neighbor’s house he finally realized that his family wasn’t so well off… BECAUSE, his neighbor not only had more than one action figure, but an entire moving box full of legos!
On the flip side, Steve realized he was Mr. fancy pants richy rich when he went over to his friend’s trailer home, stayed for supper, and was consequently subjected to eating boiled hot dogs on white bread.
When was your moment?
My family isn’t super well off, but I have realized that we’ve been able to do great things with certain amounts of money we’ve been able to save. I’ve been lucky enough to travel to Europe (even at an early age) multiple times. Basically, we’re not rich but I’ve realized, now that I’m older (I'm not sure at what age exactly), how well of we’ve been in some regards.
